Just a menagerie of pictures to show what it's like to live in Minnesota in the fall.
Chopping wood, racking leaves, long walks with the dogs- I can't believe how long autumn is lasting here!
Outside our window, the vibrantly colored leaves are raining down and painting our view.
We're in hoodies and jackets, enjoying a long mid western fall- it's like nothing either of us grew up with!
I really only decorate for fall and Christmas. We grew our own minty green and macaroni colored pumpkins and made the most of decorating our own front stoop. I've always loved pulling holiday decorations out of storage and setting them up, but this year adding the colors and flowers and variety of pumpkins brought it all to life.
I'll be sad to put our fall decor away, but decorating for Christmas is always a nice consolation, isn't it?
